Non-Refundable Consultation Fee: $7,500

The Initial Strategic Consultation provides a structured, executive-level assessment and strategic direction tailored to your organization’s clinical, operational, and regulatory environment.

This consultation includes:

• Pre-consultation review of submitted organizational and clinical materials
• Evaluation of research readiness and feasibility
• Regulatory and compliance guidance (ICH-GCP, FDA, HIPAA, ALCOA+)
• Strategic structuring of a research arm (internal, hybrid, or network-supported models)
• Infrastructure gap analysis (staffing, SOPs, technology, budgeting)
• Sponsor, CRO, and SMO engagement strategy considerations
• Risk identification and compliance exposure assessment
• Up to 90 minutes of direct consultation with Helix leadership
• A post-consultation Strategic Summary and Recommended Next Steps
   

This engagement is advisory in nature and does not include document drafting, contract negotiation, regulatory submissions, or operational execution unless contracted separately.

 This consultation is best suited for:

• Healthcare organizations evaluating entry into clinical research 
• Private practices seeking to add or expand a research arm 
• MSOs or group practices exploring research infrastructure 
• Life science or healthcare companies developing internal research capabilities 
• Organizations seeking clarity before committing capital or resources
   

Helix does not offer exploratory, introductory, or speculative consultations.

The consultation fee reflects:

• Executive-level expertise from an active clinical research network operator
• Practical experience with sponsor expectations, compliance, and site development
• Proven research infrastructure models
• Risk mitigation that routinely prevents costly regulatory, contractual, and operational errors
   

This engagement ensures seriousness of intent, strategic alignment, and efficient use of resources for all parties.

Research Program Development Roadmap

Fee: $4,500

Available only after completion of the Initial Strategic Consultation.

This optional engagement includes a customized, written roadmap outlining:

• Research arm structural recommendations
• High-level SOP framework guidance
• Staffing and budget considerations
• Study activation and scaling timelines

 If the organization enters into a broader consulting or implementation agreement within 30 days of the Initial Strategic Consultation, up to 50% of the consultation fee may be credited toward the new engagement, at Helix’s discretion and subject to written confirmation.
